“Our dog Scooby Doo is a great softy and I had found trying to find doggy boarding for him quite stressful. I needn't have worried. Nathalie and Neil provide outstanding doggy boarding that we highly recommend! After a trial visit we just knew Scooby would be settled, happy and well looked after with plenty of playmates to keep him company.
They are such a lovely family who provided Scooby Doo with a kind caring loving holiday home and loved him like one of their own gorgeous doggies. Scooby had a fabulous holiday with lots of walks, fun, play and snuggles & regular updates for us to see how he was getting on.
He was so happy and settled upon collection after a chat about how he had been, I got up to leave and think he would've quite happily stayed with his Paws for Thought Family, this speaks volumes about the care he'd received!!
Thank you so much. Scooby is looking forward to his return visits xx”
We adopted an 8 month old Scottish Terrier who was loving and playful but had no training whatsoever. As I work full time I couldn’t interact with her and give her what she needed. I started to look at day care for her but was keen to find somewhere that she was not just another dog, but they took the time to get to know her and she wouldn’t be overwhelmed by too many dogs. I took my time researching and reached out to Nathalie and Neil at Paws for Thought. Wow, they were so incredible, Willow went for a meet and greet session on a Sunday and she was really comfortable with them and their lovely Yorkie Bourbon straight away. We have since adopted a 2nd Scottie who is older but has come from a puppy farm background, she is shy and nervous but Nathalie and Neil welcomed her straight away. Willow knows where she is going when she gets in the car and her excitement is adorable. She can’t wait to get there! She has training walks to adapt better to the lead and I couldn’t have come this far without Paws for Thought. I love the pictures and the videos, when I’m busy at work it makes me smile knowing Willow and Rhea are having the best time. We will be trying boarding soon when we can get away for a weekend, I would have no hesitation in leaving the dogs with Paws…. It’s something I have never felt comfortable doing before, but absolutely do now. Elaine
“Myself and my husband are the owners of Pip, a very active and mischievous sproodle. Since I went back to work in late 2018 after a long-term illness, we realised that we hated the thought of her being on her own for more than a few hours so began to look into dog care.
Needless to say, I came across Nathalie and Neil and 'Paws for Thought' and I can honestly say they're brilliant! The cost is very reasonable and i know that Pip loves to come and stay, it's a complete weight off our minds knowing that she's in a loving environment and she also has plenty of furry friends to play with too which is great as she's a very sociable dog. We have the added bonus in that we live close by too which is ideal.
We're 100% happy with the service we receive from Nathalie and Neil, my husband is a shift-worker so we don't have set days but they are able to help us each time whether it be a full afternoon stay or a home visit.
Thank you so much Nathalie and Neil, you make our lives a lot easier!”
“Well what can I say!!! Nathalie and Neil have to be two of the most genuine, kind, animal loving people I think I've ever met. I have the good fortune of living nearby so I often see them when out on walks and they always stop to fuss Bella then.
They have been very patient and loving with Bella as she suffers with anxiety and a fear of dogs. They have gradually taken their time to make sure she feels loved and safe when with them, and I don't need to worry about taking Bella to see them now as she merrily leads the way herself scratching at their front door to come in!
I am so glad I have found them as I feel so happy knowing that Bella is with them as I think they love her as much as me often spoiling her with treats, cuddles and roast dinners!!”
